Shellfish
Is there anything better than fresh seafood from the West Coast? We strive to buy locally caught products as much as possible, from local boats. We are equally passionate about West Coast prawns and crayfish, but will bring home mussels and oysters if you wish. Of course, we also have locally caught crabs and lobsters when they are in season.
Fresh fish
The range of products in the fish counter varies according to the weather and the season. We trade every week with salmon, cod, saithe, plaice etc. If you want something special, come down to us or give us a ring and we will bring it home from our traders in the fish harbor.
Smoked fish and seafood
We have the pleasure of selling smoked salmon from Skärgårdens Rökeri, their smokehouse is just a stone's throw from Fiskeboa on Donsö. In addition, we also have smoked goods from Kungälv's smokehouse such as double-smoked salmon, salmon skewers and smoked mackerel. Don't miss our smoked shrimps or our delicious smoked mussels.
Wiggle ears
Vrångöröra is our very own seafood scramble. Shrimps and crayfish together with secret spices and real mayonnaise become the scramble that people flock to us to taste.
Delicacies
Herring, herring and more herring... we usually boast about our large number of herrings before Christmas. But herring can be eaten all year round, and you'll find it here. Grandma's herring, blackcurrant herring, pork herring, apple cinnamon herring, onion herring, rum herring and many other tasty combinations we have on this wonderful delicacy.
